UroFill™ is an innovative and patented technique for non-surgical penile girth enhancement using proprietary dermal filler.
UroFill™ works similarly to enhancement techniques used on the lips, face, and neck, but is unique in its deliverability of the filler and the way it adapts for increasing penile girth. UroFill™ is delivered over a series of in-office injections performed with local anesthesia.
UroFill™ can only be administrated by a board-certified specialist who has completed stringent training designed to achieve a verified understanding of UroFill™’s patented technique.
Most patients will experience a girth increase of 0.25” to 0.50” with each stage of injections. However, this can vary due to the way that penises vary in length. Since the injections are delivered over a series of stages, patients are able to reach their desired goal effectively.
Candidates for UroFill™
UroFill™ can assist patients who want “a little more” or who experience anxiety related to penile size. It’s also important for patients to have realistic expectations. Patients can continue treatment until they achieve the amount of girth that they desire and will work closely with their provider to discuss symmetry, sculpting, and realistic goals.
What to Expect
The time spent performing UroFill™ injections is about ten minutes. The technique, developed after over eight years of clinical reviews, has been proven to be a safe method for injection hyaluronic acid (HA) into the penis for girth enhancement.
Small amounts of local anesthetic are used for comfort, and most patients are able to drive themselves home or to work after the procedure. There will be a loose gauze wrap for the first 24 hours to reduce bruising, and it is strongly recommended to abstain from sexual contact for 72 hours. Patients may experience bruising or soft tissue irregularity for about one week.
Results
The patented UroFill™ penile girth enhancement technique is highly customizable, and we will work closely to match each patient’s personal expectations from the treatment.
It is not uncommon for patients to experience a loss of approximately 10% of initial gains in the firth month due to the dispersal of the local anesthetic and the subsiding of local inflammation. This is normal with any filler procedure. Any further loss from injection sessions is minimal, and clinical data supports that there are nearly 90% retention rates after four years1.
It is uncommon for patients to request a reduction in newly achieved girth, but this is resolved easily with an injection in the desired area to dissolve the filler.
The goal will be to help each patient achieve the look they desire without appearing unnatural. UroFill™’s biophysical properties closely resemble the soft tissues of the penis.
