Dr. Seard specializes in General Urology and possesses dedication and passion for education and community outreach. His experience includes standardizing patient care protocols and improving clinical quality and structure.

Dr. Seard graduated summa cum laude from Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He received his medical degree from Loma Lida University and completed residency at the University of Southern California. Dr. Seard held several leadership appointments, including Chair of Urology, Chair of Surgery, and Chief of Staff during his tenure as a premier urologist for Talbert Medical Group in Fountain Valley. He went on to work in a general urology practice in Nashville and is now a faculty member of UC Irvine.

Dr. Seard previously served in a leadership role at St. Thomas Hospital, assisting training urology residents with various urologic procedures and treatments. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Urology.
